EIL-CAM is a Non-profit making organization based in Cameroon that focus on improving the quality of life and the living conditions for OVCs, disadvantage, disabled and people living in rural communities.
To support human progress through an integrative balance of individual, group, societal and environmental needs whereby self-interest, concern for others and respect for other cultures and for the environment are seen as synergistic, rather than antagonistic factors of human life and societal development.
EIL-CAM’s mission to enhance the quality of life and expand the opportunities of young men and women to achieve life-long success through formal and informal education, health care and sustainable Economic Development
By virtue of creation this organization intends to
- Improve standards of living in the society
- Reduce unemployment
- Increase productivity
- Restore hope and life to the lost, destitute and promote love, peace and unity necessary for the progress of the community
Founded in 2006, Cameroon Experiment in International Living Federation (EIL-CAM) is a Cameroon Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to various issues aimed at promoting the rights and well-being of the young men and women, especially in the rural areas, particularly targeting the underprivileged as well as orphans and vulnerable children.

Education and Training
Education is a cornerstone of EIL-CAM’s mission. The organization recognizes that young people in rural areas often face neglect and uncertainties regarding their future.
Socio-economic Development
EIL-CAM is committed to fostering sustainable economic development, particularly in rural areas. The organization’s approach includes:
- Creating opportunities for youth employment
- Supporting entrepreneurship initiatives
Health Care Promotion
EIL-CAM acknowledges that young people are among the most affected members of society, facing challenges such as HIV/AIDS, poverty, and youth-specific crises like drug addiction and family violence.
Care and Support for OVCs
A significant part of EIL-CAM’s work is dedicated to supporting orphans and vulnerable children. The organization’s efforts in this area include:
- Working closely with OVC committees to identify and support beneficiary households
- Providing comprehensive support through home visits
